PENGARUH SENAM HAMIL TERHADAP KUALITAS TIDUR IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III DI PUSKESMAS ANTANG PERUMNAS

Abstract


Senam hamil merupakan salah satu pilihan dari terapi non farmakologi sehingga dapat berdampak pada kualitas tidur. Senam hamil memiliki manfaat memperbaiki sirkulasi, meningkatkan keseimbangan otot, mengurangi bengkak dan kejang kaki dan memperkuat otot untuk menopang tekanan tambahan.Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksankan di Puskesmas Antang Perumnas. Populasi 224 orang
dengan sampel 30 responden yang memeriksakan kehamilannya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada responden dengan pengolahan data SPSS. Penyajian data dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian ini  menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 responden yang memiliki usia Ibu Hamil Trimestre III 18-20 sebanyak 9 orang (30,0%), dan 21-35 sebanyak 15 orang (50,0%) sedangkan memiliki umur >35 Tahun sebanyak 6 orang (20,0%). Yang memiliki Usia Kehamilan 30-36 minggu sebanyak 16 orang (53,0%) sedangkan usia kehamilan 37-39 minggu sebanyak 14 orang (47,0%). Dari 30 responden ibu hamil trimester III yang mengikuti senam hamil sebanyak 21 esponden (91,3%) kualitas tidurnya baik, sebanyak 2 responden (8,7%) kualitas tidurnya cukup baik, dan sebanyak 0 responden (0,0%) kualitas tidurnya sangat buruk, sedangkan ibu hamil yang tidak mengikuti senam hamil sebanyak 0 responden (0,0%) yang kualitas tidurnya angat baik, sebanyak 2 responden (28,6%) cukup baik, dan sebanyak 5 responden (71,4%) kualitas tidurnya sangat buruk. Disarankan bagi petugas Bagi puskesmas agar meningkatkan program-program yang mendukung kesehatan dan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang cara pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang cara penanganan keluhan-keluhan yang terjadi pada masa kehamilan, salah satunya memaksimalkan kelas ibu hamil.

ABSTRACT
Pregnancy exercise is one of the options for non-pharmacological therapy so that it can have an impact on sleep quality. Pregnancy exercise has the benefits of improving circulation, improving muscle balance, reducing swelling and leg spasms and strengthening muscles to support additional pressure. This research method is a descriptive quantitative study. This research was conducted at Antang Perumnas Public Health Center. The population is
224 people with a sample of 30 respondents who check their pregnancy. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents with SPSS data processing. Presentation of data in the form of a frequency distribution table. The results of this study indicate that of the 30 respondents who have the age of 18-20 pregnant women in the third trimester as many as 9 people (30.0%), and 21-35 as many as 15 people (50.0%) while having an age
of >35 years as many as 6 people. (20.0%). 16 people (53.0%) had a gestational age of 30-36 weeks, while 14 people had a gestational age of 37-39 weeks (47.0%). Of the 30 respondents of third trimester pregnant women  who took part in pregnancy exercise, 21 respondents (91.3%) had good sleep quality, 2 respondents (8.7%) had quite good sleep quality, and 0 respondents (0.0%) had good sleep quality. very bad, while pregnant women who did not participate in pregnancy exercise were 0 respondents (0.0%) whose sleep quality was very good, 2 respondents (28.6%) were quite good, and 5 respondents (71.4%) had good sleep quality. very bad. It is recommended for officers for puskesmas to improve programs that support the health and knowledge of pregnant women about how to know pregnant women about how to handle complaints that occur during pregnancy, one of which is maximizing the class of pregnant women.
